September 2009 Update

At the end of every month, VARC-Online will post information regarding the state of our neighborhood.  All of the information is obtained from Robin Thurmond, the Commmunity Association Manager from GW & Associates.  If you have any questions about any information below, please contact her office at 678-407-6307 or email her at rthurmond@gwmgt.com.  If there is any additional information you would like to see posted in the future, please email varc.web@live.com.

Here are the numbers regarding the state of our neighborhood association as of September 30, 2009:

is our neighborhood's total HOA deficit.  Our deficit increased by since Aug 31, 2009.

The breakdown of our total September 2009 deficit is as follows:

of neighborhood HOA payments are currently due.

 of neighborhood HOA payments are 30 days overdue.

of neighborhood HOA payments are 60 days overdue.

of neighborhood HOA payments are 90 days or more past due.

(out of 120) homeowners are currently in default.

of the 86 homeowners in default are currently in collections due to non-payment.
